Benita Nowak is a corporate real estate executive with experience building and leading enterprise real estate platforms across the United States and Canada. She has held direct oversight of a 5M SF portfolio supporting $16M+ in annual occupancy spend across industrial, logistics, and office assets — serving as trusted advisor to CEOs, COOs, and CFOs.

Prior to founding Nowak Property Group, Benita held corporate real estate leadership roles at national companies including Goodyear, Burger King, Darden Restaurants, and Comprehensive Logistics Co., where she directed strategy for Fortune 500 automotive and industrial clients.

NPG was founded on a simple insight: growing companies deserve the same caliber of real estate strategy that Fortune 500 firms receive — without the overhead of a full-time executive or the conflicts of a large institutional brokerage. We serve as your outsourced real estate department — on demand, not on payroll.
